Lance Wachholz - President

Lance is a graduate from the University of Montana and one of the founding fathers of e4Design. He has accumulated twenty-five years of direct involvement in all aspects of exhibit design and production. He has a passion for short term missions. As a father of 4 children, he enjoys coaching handball, soccer, baseball and football.

Jamaine Sales - Graphics & Project Coordination Manager

Jamaine has been in the exhibit industry 16 years exclusively with e4 Design. He started here as a production technician in our graphics department and now oversees both the graphics and project management departments. Jamaine says he thrives on the excitement and rewarding outcomes he experiences with our clients. He enjoy longs rides on his motorcycle and weekend excursions with his wife and two daughters.

 

Gary Nolan - Director of Business Development

Gary has been in the industry for over 25 years and has produced programs for large-scale companies such as The Home Depot, UPS, Papa John’s, Eli Lilly and GE. In addition, he has been a presenter at Exhibitor Show and TS2. Every month, Gary organizes a networking event which helps fellow exhibit and event industry professionals make new connections.

Karen Brantley - Finance

Karen came to E4 Design in August 2007, after being in accounting for different Exhibit Houses for the past 10 years. She has found working in the exhibit industry to be more challenging , interesting and different from most industries and enjoys the diversity in the work she does. She is married and has 3 children, 2 grandchildren and 6 dogs. Her family is her hobby! A trip to the beach with all of them is the perfect vacation.

Ben Poe - Exhibit Services Manager

Benjamin Poe - Graduate of Marshall University in Management Information Systems. Has been with E4 Design for five Years.

Beth Sisson - Creative Director

Beth is a graduate of Georgia Tech (Bachelors of Science Industrial Design) with 15 years at e4Design. With a background in exhibit design, she also specializes in web design as well as interior design, graphic design and multi-media.
